Weekly yoga classes begin at Good Commons on Tuesdays starting on May 10. The 90 minute class is led by Karen Swanson. Karen is certified in PRYT & Thai-Shiatsu and has 15 years teaching experience.Her teaching is informed by a variety of yoga traditions as well as authentic movement, feldenkrais, dance, and the rhythm of the seasons.
Class will include vinyasa (flow), yin yoga (long holdings), partner yoga, inversions, deep rest & meditation. Beginners are welcome.
Class cost: $75/5 weeks
