Planning Meeting – October 14
There is a meeting to start work on the Emergency Plan for the Town of Plymouth on 10/14/11 at Town Hall starting at 7:00 PM. There are lots of functions that need to be filled. There are procedures & requirements that need to be written and filled. Please pass this on to anyone that may be interested.
This will be more of an informational meeting vs a working meeting. We should be able to start filling in names in functions for those who are willing to volunteer and go over the requirements.
Because we are a NIMS (National Incident Management System) Compliant town there are requirements that we need to meet to be compliant. For many functions this will be minimal but as you go up the organizational chart it can get intensive (time).
Bottom line – come and learn and see what you are willing to do.
